In this tutorial we will add a tinted effect to a photo which will give it an older look & feel.
Add a Hue/Saturation layer to your photo (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation...). Hit OK when prompted for the layer.
Switch On the Colorize checkbox and then move the sliders until you have the color tint you were after. In this case I've set the Hue amount to 44 and the Saturation to 47.
