4.) Here you can do one of two things... one: extend out the straps that are already on the eyepatch with your pen tool - two: erase the straps and draw new ones with your pen tool (which is what I did in this case). Select your pen tool (P) and draw out your straps, do the same as above by clicking inside and choosing "make selection". Select the brush tool (B) and make sure you have the color black selected. Begin to paint inside your selection.
5.) Almost there, take your eraser tool (E) and lightly erase the eyepatch around the nose... to make it look like it has a slight curve.
6.) Now that's one otter you DO NOT want to mess with!
