Go to Select > Modify > Expand and expand the selection with 5 pixels.
Set the foreground color to #D4D4D4, and the background to #474747. Select 'Gradient Tool', and drag from bottom of the selection to the top "light to dark" (make sure "reverse" isn't selected).
Go to Select > Feather... and set this to 1 pixel. Press Ctrl + Shift + I to inverse the selection, then hit Delete a 3 times. This smoothens the inset a bit.
