Now create a new layer and choose about a 9px regular brush again (don't use any scattering or other options, just regular brush). Write a little message on the canvas.
Copy the layer style on the previous layer by right clicking on it and going to "copy layer style"
Paste it on the new layer with our message by right clicking on it and going to "paste layer style"
