Set the Tiling values for this Bitmap texture as U = 2, V = 2 in the Material Editor.

Select the Patch Grid in viewport and assign the material to it.

Then select the 2nd Material Slot and for its Diffuse Map choose Bitmap. Then navigate to Max root directory > Maps > Skies and choose SKYSUN2.JPG.
