Convert the Chamfer Box to an Editable Poly or add an Edit Poly modifier. Next, go into Vertex mode (shortcut: "1").

Select the middle row of vertices and move it down 100 units.

Now switch to Polygon mode (shortcut: "4"). Select all polygons above the vertices you just moved, then hit the Detach dialog button.
