Let's redo the Array operation again, this time having the right geometry. Push the Preview button, set the 1D Count to 30 and drag up the X "Move" spinner until all the objects in the array form a single line.
Hit OK to confirm, select all objects and go back to the Array tool. Click the Preview button, set the 1D Count to 2 and this time change both the X and the Z values on the "Move" row in order to create a new row of the fence on top of the first one.
Click OK to confirm, select all objects in the scene and - guess what? - go back to the Array tool one more time. Hit the Preview button, set the 1D Count to 5 and drag up the Z spinner until all new 5 rows of the fence are as well aligned as possible.
