Add a Lathe modifier to the Line. Set the Align to Min, check Weld Core and set the Segments to 24.

Go a bit lower and create a new, more complex Line like the one in our image. Then select the 4 vertices we have highlighted.

Again chamfer the selected vertices a small amount.
