Now add "Taper" modifier and set the parameters as Amount = 0.7 and Curve = -0.15.
Now add "Lattice" modifier and and set the parameters for Struts as Radius = 0.2, Segments = 1, Sides = 6, Check "Smooth" option. For Joints set Radius = 0.4, Segments = 5, Check "Smooth" option.
Give a different colour to this Cylinder (our basketball net) such as White.
