Select NGon01 and set the same parameters for it (Thickness = 0.7, Sides = 12, Check "Renderable" and Check "Display Render Mesh").
Now, under Create > Geometry, choose "Cylinder" as Object Type and in the Top viewport create a Cylinder approximately in the place of NGon though the Z-position will be placed in the same place of NGon01.
Restore 4 viewports and click Zoom Extents All to see all objects in all viewports. Set the Cylinder's parameters in Modify panel as Radius = 14, Height = -24, Height Segments = 5, Cap Segments = 1 and Sides = 18.
