Activate the Move Tool. Then near the bottom of the Max window, in the Transform Coordination area, type the value of Z = 120. Normally, a basketball net's rim is positioned at this height.

Maximize the Top Viewport. Click the "Zoom" button located in the lower-right corner and then zoom-out the NGon in viewport.

Activate the Move tool again and Drag the NGon to the up (around Y axis) while pressing SHIFT key. In the Clone Options dialogue box click OK. NGon02 is created and it is selected now.
