Add a Symmetry modifier to our object. Set the Mirror Axis to Z. Click on the Symmetry's Mirror sub-object and move it to the right. You will notice how our chair's frame takes shape. We just need to fit the two halves. Right-click on the "Snaps" button in the main toolbar and tick only the Vertex box.

Drag the Mirror back until it snaps to the end of our geometry and creates an object without holes. You may find this easier to be done in the Left Viewport.
