In the Modify panel set the parameters as Length = 200, Width = 200, Length Segs = 30, Width Segs = 30.
Add a "Noise" modifier to the Plane.
Set the parameters for the Noise modifier as Scale = 60 under the Noise group and Z = 50 under the Strength group. We will drive a box over this uneven Plane.
