Make sure Star01 is selected. In the Rotate Transform Type-In box, type "3600" as the Y offset rotation value in the Offset:World group and then press Enter. Close this box.
If you play the animation you will see that now directions are right, but rotation speed is not constant. We will correct it now. Click Graph Editors menu > Track view - Curve Editor.
In the Curve Editor, click on Y Rotation. Then in the graph view, click and drag to select the both keys at start and end. Now click "Set Tangents to Linear" button. Play the animation. That's all.
